Day 3 in China

Today we had a Hutong Tour - a rickshaw ride through narrow alleyways of homes and a tour through the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. Then we had a great dinner with many of our new friends. Everyone is very anxious as we fly out tomorrow to our provinces and receive our children. We are so excited to hold Abby in our arms as we already hold her in our hearts.

Today we picked up Micah and Maddie around 1pm and we've had a fun, full day. Skateboarding, chilling, picnic dinner on the patio and a trip to Cottage Creamery for ice cream sealed the day. All is quiet now. We talked about where you are "right now" and they had smiles when they talked of your day tomorrow as you are united with their new sister Abby. We prayed for you. Sending love, The Carter's and Micah and Maddie

Brian & Kirsten,

So glad to hear from you. Sounds like you are having a nice tour of China. So glad you were able to connect with Chloe. Praying for you today as you fly to get Abby. We pray for a wonderful meeting time with her. May God's abundant love flow from your hearts to hers.
Much love, The Schultzes
