Days 1 & 2 in China

Day One in China - We had an orientation meeting with our group of 18 families, exchanged money, saw an acrobatics show and were able to meet with our friend Chloe who is from Beijing and attends the university in Midland. She treated us to a wonderful Peking Duck dinner - with many other dishes as well.

Day Two in China - We visited The Great Wall! Very wonderful. We also visited a Cloisonne Factory and a Jade factory & showroom. We were able to drive by the Olympic Bird Nest and Water Cube area.
